Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your product's shipping date.
If you are unsure of your product's shipping date you may have a copy of your invoice Emailed to you.
Only unopened, unused items may be returned. Any attempt to install, fire, wear, or wash an item will result in a rejected return.
Paintballs are not returnable under any circumstances.
All items returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip,
all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Shipping charges associated with returns or refused packages for any reason are strictly
the responsibility of the sender.
Products that are returned to that do not
qualify for a credit or refund will be returned at the customer's expense. If a product
is returned that has been used in any way it will be returned at the customer's expense.
Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed
once it has arrived at the warehouse.
If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive
and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we
suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your
RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we
have product available and your credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days
after we receive the product you are returning.
