When will my credit appear on my account?
We will inspect the returned item upon receipt and a decision will be made on whether to issue a credit and the credit amount. If a credit is awarded, those orders placed with a credit card will be refunded to the card account.
All other credits will be issued by company check within two business days and mailed via the United States Post Office.
