You can track the status of your order online at BuyPB.com if the order was placed
online.
For online orders you may track the status of
your order and view any shipment tracking
information on our
Order Status page. For offline orders
you must contact
customer service to determine the order
status. If they notify you that your
offline order was shipped via UPS, visit our
Offline Order Tracking page and enter in
your First and Last name or your online Order
Number to track the shipment.
